This service is exclusively for Arc’teryx GORE-TEX garments. We will only accept GORE-TEX hardshells; this service is not available for insulated products. 

This service is provided by Grangers, our UK cleaning product partner.

Extend the life of your GORE-TEX gear by bringing it to this Arc'teryx Piccadilly event for a complimentary wash and waterproof. We will safely clean and retreat all products and return them to optimum performance, so you can master the elements with confidence.

All products will be subject to a condition assessment by our team on the suitability of this wash service for your garment.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for the servicing and return of your product to store for collection.

We will be following the drop-off with presentations from Grangers, GORE and the Arc'teryx team on the features of GORE-TEX, looking after your garment and how to perform minor repairs independently.
